Head of Recruitment Section/Recruit Manager

Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages different aspects of the Human Resources with main focus on
Recruitment, Selection & Adaptation of new employees
- Responsible for administration related to employment & termination process
- Directly manages group of 4-5 recruiters, personnel administrators
- Handles personal data in according to Personal Data Protection Act
- Responsible for personnel planning & keeping of employees number
- Conducts interviews with candidates
- Organizes participation at Job Fairs, recruitment events
- Conducts HR/Employee branding marketing activities
- Processes transfers, promotions, appointments
- Conducts regular reporting of HR KPIs - fluctuation, termination feedback
interview analyses, statistics related to employment, labor costs
- Benchmarks other companies in the area of employment conditions
- Manages senior operators & supervisors appointment process
- Manages university students scholarship program, cooperates on dual
education & secondary school students practice/scholarship
- Responsible for communication & management of leasing, personal agencies &
cooperation with labor offices, schools & universities
- Must be fully capable of labor law related issues
- Works in SAP (personal data, statistics)
- Carries out other tasks & projects assigned by superior

Employment Contract:
One year contract, after first year possibility to have indefinite period
Commence Date:
01.07.2017
Specific Requirements:
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
- Postgraduate (Doctorate)
- Human Resources, Management, Economy
Other Requirements:
-At least 5-10 years of experience in HR,
-At least 2 years of managerial experience

- Christmas (50%) and summer bonus (55%) (in accordance with company policy)
